This is Jeffrey Tan, the first director to make me a media collaborator, for his play True Deep Blue (2000). I was still young as a photographer then, and it was the first time I had to respond creatively to a director, producing both video and stills. Although I have helped photograph his various projects since then, we have not collaborated again. I think he really is an original thinker and is also good natured and humble.
