I remember meeting Ang Xiao Ting when she was an upcoming actress in a musical by The Theatre Practice. She is known to be an active person, climbing mountains and practising yoga. She was sympathetic when she heard that my first yoga experience was in Bikram, a challenging hot room practice. She continues to explore theatre and social issues as a freelance actor and director, but also as an associate artist with Practice.
